I am a creative leader and compassionate listener who helps teams distill complex ideas into focused outcomes across product ideation, design and delivery, content strategy and execution, storytelling and data visualization.
I srongly dislike the word manage. Always have. But I do love to lead, and insprire, and grow and learn alongside teams and people who have had work and life experiences that make them “different smart” than me. All while doing good work. Let’s just do good work.
I thrive at understanding, defining and solving problems. In fact, I really really really like solving problems. There have been times where I have literally jumped for joy and perhaps squeeled when we’ve finally untangled and aligned and defined.
I like running and chocolate chip cookies, one more than the other, but the other because of the one. Viscous cycle.
